These are GORGEOUS! Bead nucleated freshwater pearls, the Chinese Kasumi look-alikes. Very rare. Lots of lovely deep ripples and wrinkles. Excellent lustre, soft orange with intense golden copper and pink overtones in indirect daylight, soft orange in artificial light. Strung on powerpro and knotted with 2mm round rolled gold beads between each pearl. Slightly less than 18.5 inches in length, end to end. EARRINGS: have a drop of 2.6cm from piercing, and pearls measure 11.1mm x 10.4mm x 9.9mm and 10.4mm x 10.2mm x 10.3mm. |
