Light Peach Nugget and Bumpy Baroque Freshwater Pearl Longer Necklace Description: Large, natural colour, nugget freshwater pearls in beautiful soft peach. Very good lustre, lovely smooth surfaces. Between every five nuggets are three pale peach bumpy baroque freshwater pearls in matching colour.. Strung on powerpro and knotted. Metal beads used are rolled gold. In artificial light they look pale peach. Very much nicer than it looks in the photos: I should have put the camera out in the porch before I put the air conditioning on. Character Lavender Ripple Freshwater Pearl Necklace Description: I thought I'd try a lower grade of ripple pearl, to try to get the price down a little... lots of dark marks and other blemishes (see photos), lustre is quite respectable, though nothing anywhere near the other, better strands. Bead nucleated. Strung on powerpro with 2mm rolled gold beads between each pearl. There are 2 pearls left that could be earrings, not particularly pretty, but if you buy this and want them made into earrings I'll do it at no extra charge. Ripple and Rod Longer Necklace Description: Bead nucleated freshwater pearls, the Chinese Kasumi look-alikes. Lots of lovely deep ripples and wrinkles. Pale body colour, white to lavender with lots of gold and bronze splotts. Under the artificial light they look mostly deep gold. Shape : round to rounded drop. Excellent lustre. Strung on powerpro for easy care with rolled gold 2mm x 8mm tube beads, round smooth beads each end of the tubes to protect the pearls. Rather like tin cup in style.
