White Butterfly Freshwater Pearl Short Necklace Description: These are grown the same way as square and heart shaped freshwater pearls. Nacre builds up onto the surface of a shape inserted into the mussel. These are silvery, rainbowy, little butterflies; a small rounded pearl has formed on each one as well. Strung on white powerpro and knotted. I have put two pearls aside that would be suitable for earrings, if needed. Grade: AAA Pearl Size: Butterflies around: 12.2mm x 9.3mm x 2.6mm thick. Golden Frilly: Pondslime Off Rounds With Pondslime Belly Drilled Keshi Freshwater Pearl Necklace Description: I've been saving these unusual keshi pearls until I found some natural colour gold pearls to go with them. The most eye catching feature of this necklace is a mass of belly drilled white keshi pearls with very strong pondslime markings giving a frilly look. They are mostly gold, with just small touches of white showing. The lustre isn't showing well in the photos, but it is there. The smaller pearls are round to off round, unbleached white freshwater pearls with almost complete pondslime markings and satiny lustre, almost the colour of tarnished brass. I've used them at the necklace ends for comfort. Rolled gold donut spacer beads are placed randomly in amongst the belly drilled keshi. Necklace diameter centre front is about 21mm.
