It is breathtakingly beautiful, even more so in real life. The colors are hard to describe, it is a shimmery array of purple, green, gold, bronze, pink, rose... which keeps shifting in different shades. August 2011 *9MM METALLIC WHITE NECKLACE* This beautiful classic strand is a lovely addition to my er, rather large, collection from Catherine Cardellini Pearls! These pearls have a gorgeous gleaming lustre which makes them really shine against the skin. Cathy kindly restrung the pearls on silk to a suitable length AND very generously made me some stylish earrings :o) Although a regular customer for several years, I'm always impressed by Cathy's selection of quality pearls, her skillfully crafted designs and fantastic customer service. I just love all my pearls of varying color and lengths. The powerpro strands are excellent for summer wear in this part of the world - I really don't worry about wearing them in the heat. The silk, of course, is wonderful on its own. Catherine modified 1835 for me by incorporating the earrings, changing the silk to powerpro, and adding little golden beads which just made them absolutely perfect for me. She is so accomodating and has a beautiful eye and hand in making these necklaces of pearls "sing." I just placed a third order for a long strand of white rice pearls and another extender. I just find the extender concept to be so useful. I love these necklaces so much - I think I am in need of an intervention! Thanks, Catherine! Kathleen Australia July 2011 My ripple pearls are gorgeous..the colour is amazing. This is my fourth necklace and I will keep coming back for more. Catherine is very happy to alter things to suit..mine often need to be longer and she always manages to get that extra inch or two and have it look right! (as for colour..someone mentioned that hers were lighter than in the photos..pearls always seem to photograph darker than they are..don't know why) Again..thanks for the wonderful work!! <3 K |
Mary Lake Macquarie July 2011 I recently purchased some ear rings and a strand of pearls from Catherine. They arrived within a few days and were beautiful. As these are to be a gift for a friend I was delighted with them. I will definitely purchase from here again. Maryanne Saint Clair Shores June 2011 I received my pearls today and I really love them! Beautiful work. I worried that the little gold or silver findings would be too much for me. I thought they might detract from the pearls but they compliment rather than overpower. Pleasantly surprised. In bright light the Lilac rounds are a bit lighter then the photos, however, if I lay it on a white paper towel out of sunlight they are closer in color to your photos. It’s interesting how they change in different lighting, and the Keshi’s are so much more Lustrous than in the photos. I love the earrings! The Black Drop pearls do have beautiful green overtones, so much more than the photos and the small Silver blue & Lilac ones are very dainty as described and I can see them being my go to earrings. Your photos are great but it is nice to know that the pearls are even more beautiful than they are in the photos. Just wanted to say Thank You, and that I will be saving for my next purchase.
